RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE
The following rates and charges apply to most District Consumers, and may be modified by the Board from time to time.
Minimum Charge: The minimum charge entitles the Consumer to water service. Quantity charges are applicable to all water consumption.

Quantity Rates: The rate charges by the District for water consumption, 1 unit = 100 cubic feet = 748 gallons of water consumed, are as follows:

Hydrant meter deposit is $1200.00.
An additional charge: $300.00 non-refundable charge for every additional six-months the hydrant meter is kept beyond the original six-month rental period.
Nonprofit Educational Facilities: The minimum monthly charge will be based on the size of the meter installed. Water used will be billed at a rate not to exceed the rate for use up to 60 units per month.
Capacity Charge: Capacity Fees are for new water services in the District. The fees provide funds to build facilities needed to accommodate new development (to be paid after the AVEK capacity charges). Our fees are as follows:
