The district requires all new applicants to pay a deposit. The deposit amount is determined by the district and can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. Please contact the office to verify the sum of the deposit (661) 943-3170.

We allow you two weeks to provide proof of ownership. The district will accept any one of the following documents: a copy of the recorded deed, current property tax bill, title insurance policy, final closing statement from escrow, or a water letter from your escrow company.

To complete the application process, we will require you to provide us additional documentation to verify your identity. A representative will be in contact with you shortly to obtain necessary deposit and identification information using the email or phone number you provided.
